Downloading DuplexPlay on Your Smart TV

• Open your TV’s app store.
• Search for ‘Duplex_Play.’
• Install the Duplex-Play app and open it.
• Make note of your Device ID and Device Key displayed on the screen.

Step 1: Record Your Device ID and Device Key

Once you’ve installed the app, launch it to find your Device ID and Device Key. You can also retrieve this information from the activation tab within the app.

Step 2: Access the DuplexPlay Management Portal

Next, navigate to edit.duplexplay.com. Enter the Device ID and Device Key you noted in the previous step, then click on Manage Device.

Step 3: Add Your XC Playlist

You can integrate your playlist using either the M3u Link or the Xtream connection method; however, we recommend using the XC (Xtream Codes API) approach for optimal results.

Enter the Xtream Codes API details provided by your IPTV service provider. If you haven’t subscribed yet, now is a great time to do so!

Playlist Name: Choose any name that you would like for your playlist.

Next, fill in the Username, Password, and Host (this is the server URL for the Xtream Codes connection). Complete any required CAPTCHA exercises, then click on Save.

Step 4: Refresh Your Playlists in the App

After you’ve added the necessary playlist information, return to the Duplex_Play application and select the refresh option. Your playlist will reload, and you’ll see the name of your newly added playlist appearing on the screen.
